Wild Autumn Treasures and Fine Cuisine
To kick off in Kettig, the "Restaurant LOFT by Frames" treats participants to welcome snacks and refreshing drinks. Biologist Claudia Janetzki-Mittmann then leads a walk over the Elmar-Hillesheim meadow, along the Kettiger stream, and through species-rich orchards. She shares interesting facts about the culinary treasures as well as the historical and cultural significance of berries, fruits, and wild fruits. A seasonal aperitif sets the mood for the concluding menu centered around mushrooms and forest fruits at the "Restaurant LOFT by Frames" in Mülheim-Kärlich.
