Great, new hotel in a good location near Koblenz and Neuwied. Very nice and functional rooms with very well insulated windows, making it very quiet. Coffee and tea and a bottle of water are complimentary in the room. Great breakfast on the 5th floor with a rooftop terrace, everything is available and always freshly replenished. Sufficient free parking spaces. Very friendly staff from check-in and breakfast to check-out. The Frames was the right choice for our weekend stay - we will definitely come back and can recommend the hotel without reservation.

We spent a weekend as a family in this wonderful hotel. Everything is just perfect! The staff is super friendly and dedicated. The breakfast is amazing, and you also have a really great view. The location is perfect for excursions to the Rhine and Moselle, and a trip to Bonn is also worth it.

We had a superior room that was modernly furnished and very clean. The hotel overall gives a new and well-kept impression. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and sufficient. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

The Frames Hotel is modernly furnished and well-kept. The room was clean, well-equipped, and even had a shoe rack. The service was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. Overall, a pleasant stay, the hotel can be recommended.

Very new hotel. Very clean and well-maintained. What I liked very much: The quietness. The hotel is extremely quiet. Great bed. The room had a bit little storage space, but was otherwise very tidy.
Principle: anytime gladly again.
Although the bar is only open until 10 PM, it was kept open for our group until midnight. Now that's what I call service!!

Of course you can bring your bicycle. The Rhine riverside path is right at our "front door". You can store your bike free of charge and safely in our bicycle room below.

Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. This means you can speak with a staff member on-site at any time if you have questions or problems.
Yes, our hotel guests can use a modern fitness room in the adjacent building free of charge. The fitness area is open 24/7 and provides you with the opportunity to stay active while traveling. You can easily access it at the reception of Hotel Frames.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a wellness area.
Yes, we have bicycle racks in front of our main entrance where you can park your bike. If you need a secure parking option, we have a bike room right next to the hotel that is locked.
Yes, there are 4 charging stations located behind one of our outbuildings that you are welcome to use. We charge €20.00 per charge.
Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms. Violations will incur special cleaning fees. Cigarettes may only be smoked on our rooftop terrace or outside the hotel. Cigars are welcome to be smoked in our cigar lounge.
You are welcome to charge your electric car with us. We charge €20.00 per charge.
If you arrive before 3 PM, we will gladly inquire about the status of your room. If you require a guaranteed check-in before 3 PM, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please feel free to send us an email regarding this.
Currently, none of our rooms have a fixed refrigerator. We have a small number of minibars that we would be happy to provide to your room free of charge, subject to availability. Please feel free to speak to us at the reception or contact us before or during your stay regarding this.
