During my training as a hotel management assistant, I realized that working with guests and collaborating with colleagues brings me a lot of joy.

I quickly discovered that satisfied employees are the key to happy guests and thus to a successful company. For this reason, I decided to pursue further training in human resources and successfully completed it.

In my daily work, cohesion, appreciation, tolerance, reliability, and transparency are particularly important to me. In the areas of recruiting, onboarding, and personnel management, I support all employees of the Frames Hotel and am always available to assist our applicants.
