To kick off in Kettig, the "Restaurant LOFT by Frames" treats participants to welcome snacks and refreshing drinks. Afterwards, biologist Claudia Janetzki-Mittmann leads the way over the Elmar-Hillesheim meadow, along the Kettiger stream, and through species-rich orchards. She shares interesting information about the culinary treasures as well as the historical and cultural significance of berries, fruits, and wild fruits. A seasonal aperitif sets the mood for the concluding menu centered around mushrooms and forest fruits at the "Restaurant LOFT by Frames" in Mülheim-Kärlich.
