At our exclusive whisky tasting featuring the award-winning whiskies from the Birkenhof Distillery - Best Whisky Distillery 2025 nationally (The Whisky Ambassador), you will taste selected whiskies together with Steffi Klöckner, managing director and sommelier of the traditional distillery from the Westerwald, ranging from the Classic Line to the award-winning highlights from Birkenhof.
As a special extra, you will gain insights behind the scenes of a distillery: clearly explained - from pot still processes, mash and new spirit to cask management and the exciting effects of barrel aging on aroma, color, and character.
